Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Analytics Manager to join our Global Marketing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and operationalizing a holistic intelligence platform across customer, market, and competitive intelligence programs. You will play a pivotal role in informing our growth strategy by translating complex data into actionable recommendations that drive business innovation.
This individual contributor position is a key member of the Global Marketing team, dedicated to delivering insights that guide strategic decision-making and deepening relationships with our customer segments.
Serve as the primary analytical lead for Customer, Market, and Competitive Intelligence programs, applying advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning techniques to generate insights into market dynamics and business performance.
Collaborate with commercial stakeholders, internal teammates, and external vendors to develop key analytics programs, including Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Account Health scoring, and Propensity to Buy models to optimize retention and growth.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards by overseeing data quality, managing Artificial Intelligence-enabled competitor-tracking platforms, and synthesizing findings into clear narratives for Go-To-Market (GTM) and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
8+ years of progressive experience in data analysis, data science, or similar analytical roles within a large global business or technology research agency.
Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data analysis methodologies, including statistical programming (Python/R), data visualization (Looker/Tableau), and Artificial Intelligence techniques such as Large Language Model (LLM) orchestration and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Proven ability in strategic problem-solving and project management, with the capacity to translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations for senior leadership.
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
