Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Cloud Systems Administrator to join our program driving the Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) cloud platform that supports collection, management and analysis of digital engineering information in an architecture that provides seamless digital thread and enables tool interoperability, including data structures suitable for AI applications. This program delivers engineering services for Linux and Windows cloud-based infrastructure as well as sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure including end-point devices, data center hosted servers, Cloud services as well as virtualized applications, and storage systems. Enterprise Computing Engineering services include modern application technology including containerized solutions with orchestrated workflows. This is a fast-paced, challenging, and career rewarding experience on one of the most complex and high-profile programs within the government customer community.

Responsibilities:
- Provide troubleshooting, maintenance, and user support for an AWS cloud-based enterprise system utilizing Windows and Linux-based server and applications
- Use ServiceNow as the ticket management system
- Provide support for the cloud infrastructure and customer applications to include TeamWork Cloud/Cameo, Microsoft Project SharePoint applications, IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM), ARM, and Tableau
- Preparation, installation, and maintenance of system components and perform monthly system/application patching
- Ensure system and applications are compliant with customer system security requirements and processes
- Identify, create, and document process automation
- Create and update technical documentation (e.g. user guides, infrastructure diagrams) as well as prepare technical presentations for government and senior leadership
- Communicate effectively in a group environment with technical and non-technical, management and customer both written and verbally
- Utilize robust troubleshooting skills while applying solid engineering rigor to include configuration management and testing

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of related experience with a minimum of 5 years working in a cloud environment
- Must meet DOD 8570 requirements (Security+ CE Certification at minimum)
- Demonstrated expertise as an AWS Cloud System Administrator supporting both Linux and Windows delivering similar scope projects
- Experience working with ServiceNow, IdAM, Active Directory, LDAP resources
- Familiarity with reviewing and responding to system alerts from visualization applications such as Grafana
- Understanding of all security related requirements in secure environments
- Familiar with Agile Methodologies and ability to accurately decompose tasks for Jira stories
- Expert troubleshooting and solutioning skills
- Strong technical documentation skills
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- STEM Degree
- Experience leading and overseeing a total system perspective including technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of cloud services, infrastructure and security domains
- Experience with IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management, TeamWork Cloud/Cameo experience, Microsoft Project and/or Tableau
- Integration of virtualized applications and application streaming or layering techniques
