Senior Cloud Engineer

This role is designed for a Senior Cloud Engineer, experienced in observability products, and with a desire to transition into a role that shapes and enhances our Observability Solution.

Your role:

• You will work with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), researching and building knowledge around modern cloud architectures. You will build visualizations that help our users understand the complexity of cloud observability data.
• Analyze different signals and design dashboards, alerts, and other monitoring tools to help customers detect issues before they happen
• Drive architectural decisions and contribute to the evolution of our platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and drive decisions aligned with the product strategy.
• Foster high-quality software engineering practices, automation and optimization of tooling and processes (CI/CD integrations).
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What will help you succeed

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer, 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering with commercial experience in AWS, Azure or GCP
• Strong academic background in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• Deep understanding of the overall cloud landscape such AWS, Azure or GCP
• Strong Knowledge of CI/CD tools and automated pipeline design
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools like Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, Grafana or CloudWatch, Azure Monitor
• Good understanding of web applications and their lifecycle
• Hands-on team player with excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
• A user-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
• Experience working in Java or React.js

Compensation and Rewards

• We offer only employment contracts (PL: Umowa o pracę / UoP) and a hybrid working setup with 2/3 days per week in the office. This is a permanent role and not a B2B contract.
• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
• Base salary range — 16.400 - 20.500 PLN gross per month with higher pay based on experience and qualifications
