We are looking for a results-driven Client Marketing Manager to strengthen client relationships, deliver high-impact marketing initiatives, and support strategic business growth.
Client Marketing Leadership- Act as the primary marketing liaison for client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and measurable value.
- Develop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to deepen engagement with key clients.
- Translate client needs and business goals into tailored marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Partner with Business Development to support renewals, expansions, and new opportunities.
- Work closely with sales, client services, and operations to align marketing initiatives with client objectives.
- Provide marketing insights and reporting that inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with global marketing to ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across regions.
- Create and oversee client-specific assets including case studies, success stories, presentations, and reports.
- Support the proposal process with tailored marketing materials that showcase Testronic’s value proposition.
- Ensure communications are clear, compelling, and client-focused.
- Design and implement multi-channel campaigns aimed at enhancing client engagement and satisfaction.
- Track and measure marketing effectiveness, reporting ROI and key outcomes.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor positioning to inform client marketing strategies.
Requirements
Profile – Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing, client services, or account management experience (video games, tech, or digital media preferred).
- Proven success in account-based marketing, client engagement, or proposal support.
- Strong ability to translate complex services into compelling client-ready messaging.
Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with client-facing experience.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign measurement and reporting.
