Defines and reports adoption metrics, including for AI tools and governance policies. Facilitates discovery workshops and supports sales pursuits as a change-management subject matter expert. This is an individual-contributor, fully billable consulting role.

Scope is adoption; restructuring, role design and workforce transitions are excluded. Facilitates discovery workshops and joins pursuits as subject expert. Individual contributor, 100% billable. Candidate must hold Prosci certification or ACMP CCMP.
