The Job

The Senior Campaign Manager, Customer Growth & Innovation leads customer expansion initiatives and champion the use of AI. This role will drive impactful customer campaigns while advancing the adoption of AI tools to scale execution, enhance personalization, and improve campaign performance across the team.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with the customer marketing org  as you lead the planning and execution of customer campaigns aimed at driving product adoption, expansion, and customer retention.

  • Own the end-to-end campaign process—from developing strategic concepts and messaging to managing execution, optimization, and reporting—to ensure campaigns are both innovative and effective.

  • Develop and deploy add-on product campaigns targeted at existing customers in collaboration with product marketing and customer success teams.

  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, customer success and sales to ensure aligned messaging and delivery across touchpoints.

  • Drive campaign strategy and execution to build awareness and attendance for Simprosium user conferences and workshops.

  • Use AI tools, such as Character Quilt, Mutiny, 6Sense, Hook and Jasper, to build, launch, and optimize BDR sequences and marketing campaigns at scale.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and AI innovation to bring fresh ideas and experimentation into the campaign approach.

  • Test and evaluate new and existing AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency, personalization, and campaign outcomes.

  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, generating insights to improve campaign strategies and increase ROI.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a strong focus on campaign management.

  • Proven experience executing customer expansion, retention, and upsell campaigns within multiple SaaS and/or technology companies.

  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategy, campaign orchestration, and performance metrics.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and pivot accordingly.

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing or Communications.

  • Test-and-learn mindset—eager to experiment, iterate, and optimize based on insights and outcomes.

  • Creative, agile, and forward-thinking, with a passion for testing new AI technologies and approaches.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated success executing global campaigns, with sensitivity to regional differences and localization best practices.

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as 6sense, Jasper, Character Quilt is highly desirable.

  • Proficient in Google Suite, Salesforce.com, Asana, Looker, 6Sense, HubSpot.
