Manage the day-to-day coordination and execution of translated campaign content—including launch materials, product assets, and evergreen programs
Partner with campaign leads and regional teams to prioritize translation based on launch timelines, content relevance, and market needs
Oversee the translation budget and vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective delivery
Leverage existing AI and workflow tools to enhance translation speed, quality, and personalization
Drive innovation in how we deliver content globally—identifying ways to scale intelligently and personalize based on region, audience, or campaign
Develop scalable processes and playbooks to support consistent, high-impact translation efforts
Track delivery metrics and continuously optimize for timing, content impact, and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in content operations, translation project management, or marketing enablement (campaign team experience is a plus but not required)
Strong understanding of how marketing content is created, adapted, and delivered globally
Demonstrated success managing translation vendors, budgets, and timelines
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools for translation, editorial QA, or content delivery
Exceptional project management, communication, and organizational skills
A passion for process innovation, operational scale, and delivering content that matters

Experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
Familiarity with tools like Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, or similar
Multilingual background or experience supporting international marketing
Knowledge of campaign planning and content readiness best practices
