The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Sr. Campaign Ops Strategist to join our Marketing Operations team. This role will be the designated owner for events, partnering with Demand Gen, Sales Ops, and Data to ensure top-of-funnel campaigns across all channels are executed at scale, closely monitored, and optimized for performance.

You’ll drive Tier 1 campaign execution, integrated GTM motions, and funnel stewardship across Grammarly and Coda’s enterprise and education audiences—while building repeatable, scalable processes for field events and strategic events.

Grammarly’s go-to-market teams are shaping the future of workplace communication. As a member of our team, you will be crucial in expanding the use of our innovative, trustworthy AI writing tools. We strive to ensure that every organization can communicate effectively and efficiently. If you are passionate about transforming the way professionals connect and collaborate, we would love to hear from you.

As a Sr. Campaign Ops Strategist, you will:
  • Own end-to-end operational execution for events (field + strategic), ensuring flawless technical setup, lead routing, and pipeline measurement.
  • Partner with the Events and Demand Gen teams to design operationally sound campaigns that accelerate growth across managed and self-serve audiences.
  • Monitor funnel and campaign performance proactively, surfacing anomalies in campaign health, data routing, or lead velocity.
  • Optimize event workflows, automate manual processes, and ensure high data integrity in Pardot, Salesforce, and Hightouch.
  • Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing and ABM teams to align events and DG campaigns with broader GTM motions.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and AI-assisted execution where possible.
  • Build and document repeatable processes that reduce reliance on ad hoc execution and improve campaign velocity.
  • Support the evolution of our GTM architecture by embedding operational rigor into all campaigns.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B campaign operations, demand generation, or event operations experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Deep expertise and experience in Marketing Automation Platforms—Pardot or other Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience strongly preferred
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM, Hightouch, and event management systems (Goldcast preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to execute and optimize multi-channel campaign operations, including events, across enterprise audiences.
  • Strong understanding of lead funnel metrics, attribution, and campaign reporting.
  • Proven ability to streamline processes, automate workflows, and maintain data integrity.
  • Collaborative mindset with proven success partnering across marketing, sales, events, and data teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
  • Embodies our EAGER values (ethical, adaptable, gritty, empathetic, remarkable) and MOVE principles (move fast, obsess about customer value, value impact, embrace healthy disagreement).
  • Is inspired by our MOVE principles: move fast and learn faster; obsess about creating customer value; value impact over activity; and embrace healthy disagreement rooted in trust.
