As a Business Systems Analyst Sr within PNC's Tempus Technologies organization, you may be based in a remote location. This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

As a Business Systems Analyst Sr, you will meet with both internal partners as well as external shareholders to garner requirements of various projects within Tempus. You will continue to meet with said partners throughout the lifecycle of the project, providing updates and keeping everybody abreast of progress being made, as well as to address any additional questions or concerns. You will also work directly with Tempus system architects to document functional flows, as well as be responsible for Jira card creation and mapping. Specific job duties may include the following:
-Work with other Business Analysts and Product Architects to build product enhancements or new products for our technology platform that complement our payment solutions
-Gather and document business requirements
-Create and develop user stories, flowcharts, workflows and process diagrams
-Work closely with the UI/UX Designers to build best-in-class user experiences
-Support testing and training to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of new or existing products
-Maintain overall product knowledge across solutions
-Perform other related duties as assigned
Due to the nature of the position, we are seeking candidates with the following skillsets:
-Experience with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira
-Experience writing users stories and acceptance criteria using industry standard methodologies
-Skilled in the creation of workflows and diagrams for complex solutions
-Understanding of how to elicit functional and non-functional requirements
-Ability to communicate with development teams and experience designers
Technical Skills:
-Jira/Confluence
-Waterfall/Agile/Scaled Agile
-Experience Translating User stories into technical requirements (Gherkin)
-Experience working with architects, developers, etc
-SQL, Postman, Json

• Participates in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications.
• Formulates and defines the system scope and objectives, based on user needs and business processes .
• Directs business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results .
• Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes .
• Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues, for a specific business group .

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $45,000.00 – $122,590.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
