In this role, you will lead the design and development of advanced dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to support strategic decision-making across the Collateral Management function in the Commercial Bank. You will analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights, identify trends and anomalies, and drive business performance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll translate business requirements into data solutions, automate reporting processes, and ensure data integrity across platforms. You will also present findings to senior stakeholders, lead initiatives focused on operational efficiency, automation, and risk mitigation, and provide subject matter expertise on system enhancements and data-related projects.
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to support business decision-making.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable insights.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to answer key business questions and support strategic initiatives.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Automate recurring reports and optimize existing reporting processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Present findings in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Lead initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity for the organization.
- Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at operational excellence, automation, and/or risk mitigation.
- Provide subject matter expertise, testing, and design input for FSG systems related projects.
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience creating reports, analyzing data, and presenting results to leadership.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Excel (including advanced formulas and pivot tables)
- Advanced understanding of floorplan financing and collateral management operations, policies, procedures, and systems.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
- Ability to work independently, organizing and managing multiple priorities.
- Experience leading and managing cross-functional projects
- Demonstrated experience with process improvement and simplification
