About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Growth Strategy Consultant within Global Payments & Liquidity as part of Enterprise Functions.
In this role, you will:
- Proactively identify and manage pipeline opportunities to drive new sales. Work closely with key stakeholders to review customer needs for payables opportunities.
- Strategize with clients and create customized baseline plans, specific to each customer, outlining recommended outreach strategy for digital payment conversion success.
- Maintain baseline accuracy throughout the campaign. Communicates adjusted baselines to customer and internal partners in timely fashion.
- Conduct kickoff call meetings with clients and partners to determine DPI and attend sales calls as needed to provide subject matter expertise on a DPI
- Launch supplier onboarding campaigns for new and existing clients
- Use tools available to provide industry knowledge, insight based on SAO Analytics, and other information to help the customer define the objectives for their specific DPI
- Deliver effective written and verbal communications for internal and external audiences at all levels, regarding all aspects of the business
- Utilize all tools available to identify, prioritize, and execute on key opportunities. Monitors and reports appropriately to drive revenue generation
- Educate customer on WellsOne Virtual Card adoption and acceptance, third party network supplier opportunities, and ACH processes to showcase ongoing enrollment opportunities for Card and ACH supplier payment acceptance.
- Educate customer on Imposter Fraud; particularly email account takeover. Educate customer on establishing an internal risk protocol
- Work directly with Dedicated Supplier enrollment consultants for digital payment initiative problem resolution, managing campaign SLA’s, driving SAO strategic discussions to optimize success
- Contribute to the success of the Team’s annual targets
- Participate in planning and execution of tactical activities and projects within the Supplier Analysis & Onboarding team that directly support or assist in implementation and optimization of efforts for growth opportunities in an assigned market
- Ensure adherence to compliance regulations and policies
- Research, identify, and select best channels and product combinations to improve effectiveness and efficiency of coverage in marketplace and meet the unique needs of customers
- Present recommendations for developing strategies to enhance sales in a designated market and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in operations, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with managers, colleagues, stakeholders, bankers, brokers, and both business and community leaders, including internal or external customers to grow market share and meet customer needs
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Credit card industry experience
- Treasury Management Commercial Card experience
- Payables experience
- Knowledge and understanding of sales or client support, general banking, or treasury management
- Knowledge and understanding of treasury management industry, products and services
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong communication skills

- Hybrid Schedule (3 days in office/2 days remote)
