Use end to end systems thinking to design, document and implement solutions to meet strategic and operational goals. Partner with end users to author business requirements and communicate those requirements to IT. Coordinate and lead functional and user acceptance testing and capture signoff. Support tool adoption by leading education sessions and training end users. Provide in-depth, domain specific analysis of technical problems or issues, research and recommend alternative actions for problem resolution. Support end users with production issues and enable end user self-sufficiency in the application. Collaborate with IT to perform system integrations and provide ongoing business support. May telecommute part-time.
Employer will accept a Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Position requires:
1. Programming Languages: SQL, R, and Python;
2. Data Analysis & Visualization: Power BI, and Tableau;
3. Cloud Platforms: Google Cloud Platform, Azure, and AWS;
4. ETL & Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, and Snowflake;
5. Analytical Skills: Regression, Time-Series, Clustering, Decision Trees, Classification, and Logistic Regression;
6. Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, and Kanban;
7. Alteryx; and
8. ServiceNow, MS Visio
