Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Technical and Strategic Solutions (TSS) Team within the CFO Organization. This role is responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, including gathering detailed business requirements, developing process flows, creating mock-ups and test cases, and managing project tracking.
The Senior Business Analyst will lead Technical Quality Assurance (TQA) efforts and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Serving as a key liaison between functional and technical teams, the analyst will oversee projects involving the development of new web applications, intelligent automation (RPA), Orbit reports, Oracle ERP initiatives, and AI-driven solutions. The role also includes conducting system analysis, tracking and resolving issues, preparing detailed status reports, and managing problem resolution. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the analyst will translate business needs into actionable insights and deliver strategic, value-driven solutions that support both operational efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather detailed requirements, and prepare documentation such as Process Solution Documents (PSD) and Process Design Documents (PDD)
• Conduct process mapping, develop flowcharts, and support end-user testing in both test and production environments
• Partner with TSS Development, IT ERP,Data warehouse, and other departments to implement solutions aligned with business goals, ensuring excellent customer service and consistent project updates
• Possess strong working knowledge of billing systems including CSG, Recurly, Amdocs, and Shopify
• Experienced in SDLC process, Agile and Waterfall methodologies; proficient in using tools such as Jira, Rally, and ServiceNow
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite for documentation, analysis, and leadership presentations
• Provide timely and accurate reporting to senior leadership and business stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and troubleshooting abilities
• Capable of clearly describing end-to-end business processes and integration points, and working cross-functionally across departments
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a complex, global environment
• Good Business knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, Tax, Procure to Pay and Order to cash
• Work independently to manage complex enterprise projects and collaborate with developers to deliver effective technical solutions
• Engage with business stakeholders throughout the SDLC, ensuring transparency and exceptional service at each stage of the project
• Proven experience in intelligent automation, with a keen interest in expanding knowledge and supporting artificial intelligence initiatives

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or equivalent are preferred. Background in Accounting and Finance is preferred
• Proven expertise in writing detailed requirements documentation, including process flows, user stories, and Jira features using Microsoft or GSuite tools
• Experience in the telecommunications or wireless industry is a plus

Skills and Qualifications:

• Highly self-motivated and proactive, able to think critically and have the ability to manage multiple projects independently and effectively
• Strong communicator, has good presentation skills, able to present and collaborate across departments, including business users, technical teams, and executive leadership
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex problems, systems, and processes to propose effective solutions
• Familiarity with tools such as MS Excel, Oracle EBS, MS Visio, Draw io, Orbit, and RPA technologies is an added advantage
• Working knowledge of billing systems like CSG, Recurly, Amdocs, and Shopify
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with SDLC methodologies, including both Agile and Waterfall
• Detail-oriented problem solver with outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
