Requirement

  • Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status, requirements clarity, and delivery recommendations.
  • Elicit, document, and manage business requirements from product owners and stakeholders.
  • Translate requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications in Jira/Confluence.
  • Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder review sessions in collaboration with engineering and QA. 
  • Conduct gap analyses and workflow mapping to identify process improvements on the BX platform.
  • Support UAT (user acceptance testing) planning, test script preparation, and stakeholder sign-off.
  • Produce clear documentation including BRDs, process flows, data dictionaries, and use case diagrams. 
  • Engage in agile software development including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and governance activities.

Responsibilities

    Experience/expertise in the following areas specified below:
    Elicit and document requirements from business and technical stakeholders in a software product environment Author user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and process documentation to a high standard Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage backlog priorities in Jira and Confluence Support UAT planning and execution, serving as a liaison between business and QA teams
     
    Must-Have Skills & Tools: Methodologies:
     
    Agile/Scrum Tools: Jira, Confluence
     
     Slack/Teams Deliverables: User stories, BRDs, process flow diagrams, data dictionaries, use cases
     
    Good to Have Skills:
    Experience in clinical trials, healthcare IT, or regulated software environments (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) 3+ years of business analysis experience in a software product or professional services environment.
    Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
    Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. English proficiency. 

Desired

    CBAP or equivalent business analysis certification.
    Familiarity with API concepts and ability to review technical specifications. 
    Experience in a multi-vendor delivery model.
    Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
