V4C.ai is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions, ensuring that our projects align with organizational goals and deliver maximum value. You will utilize your expertise in business analysis and data-driven decision-making to identify opportunities for improvement and drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit feedback and validate requirements with clients and team members.
  • Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and understanding of project goals.
  • Evaluate the success of implemented projects and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts in best practices and methodologies related to business analysis.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Strong technical skills with DBX, strong communication and leadership skills. Part of the role will be gathering intel from business stakeholders and presenting to Client executive leadership.
  • 8+ years of experience as a business analyst in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficient in tools such as SQL, Tableau, or similar analytics software for data visualization and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
