Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.

Job Summary

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational objectives
- Analyze and map current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and implement solutions that address business challenges
- Assist in the creation of project plans, timelines, and deliverables to support the successful execution of initiatives
- Provide data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making and monitor project performance
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding of goals and requirements
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including workflows, business cases, and user stories
- Support change management efforts by developing training materials and assisting with user adoption

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with experience in a professional services environment a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and business needs
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
