Job DescriptionAt Acquco, we’re building out our omnichannel presence to complement our rapid growth in online marketplaces. Our team leads strategy, analysis, and execution to expand our brands across both e-commerce platforms and national retailers. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to help accelerate growth across digital and physical sales channels. In this role, you’ll work closely with the VP to shape Acquco’s omnichannel strategy—driving product line expansion, conducting market and competitive analyses, creating pricing strategies, and building compelling pitch materials for retail buyers. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a sharp eye for emerging consumer trends.
Responsibilities Include:
Strategy & Product Development
Support the development and implementation of strategies to expand our presence in brick-and-mortar retail.
Define go-to-market strategies and product positioning that highlight our brands’ competitive advantages.
Contribute to pricing strategies that balance strong margins with competitive positioning.
Market & Competitive Insights:
Conduct competitive benchmarking and category analysis to support pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
Research consumer trends and viral products across social media to identify “Trending Now” items for retail rollout.
Build models to evaluate the economics, value, and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives.
Process Optimization & Innovation
Document current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Evaluate and implement new product and technology functionalities to streamline workflows and drive growth.
Use data-driven decision-making and sound business judgment to design and run experiments, sales tests, and market intelligence initiatives.
Data & Performance Analysis
Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that improve performance, engagement, and conversion.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to guide business decisions and strategy.
Monitor stock levels, assortment, and sell-through to recommend actions for optimizing product mix and sales.
Develop and monitor reporting tools to maximize opportunities and mitigate risks.
Communication & Execution:
Create compelling pitch decks and materials for retail buyers, showcasing product benefits, market potential, and competitive edge.
Present insights and recommendations to leadership and retail partners to drive strategic decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in strategy development, market analysis, business or financial analyst role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A self-starter who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
