We are seeking an D365 Applications Analyst to join our team! You play a critical role in our organization's digital transformation journey with responsibilities that include configuration, maintenance, optimization & support of our D365 applications.
You will work with our stakeholders to understand and document business and system requirements and processes. You will perform business process analysis with the user community to define and document end-to-end business workflows, discuss appropriate changes to Microsoft Dynamics 365 to accommodate user requirements. You will also work closely with the technical team to ensure those changes are communicated and understood.
Last, but not least, you will assist with escalated support of our D365 applications as needed.

- Experience as a Business Analyst including business process review / documentation and data analysis.
- Analyze, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 R3 platform.
- Analyze, configure, customize, and implement the Microsoft D365 for Finance and Operations and maintain a deep functional understanding of the platform.
- Analyze, design, and support integration between the Microsoft Dynamics 365 with external applications.
- Collaborate with project management for scoping, analysis, and estimations.
- Work with business stakeholders and users to understand their needs and requirements and design, configure and implement the system to meet their needs.
- Assist in leveraging requirements gathered to drive testing activities.
- Participate in design and code reviews and provide input into the design recommendation and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications.
- Possess some understanding of Master Data Management.
- Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle.
- Microsoft 365 DevOps experience helpful but not required.
- Provide user support.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to clearly communicate and document functional design internally and externally.
- Fostercollaboration, relationship building, multi-tasking and increasing organization skills.
- Adhere to the implementation methodology and contribute to methodology improvements.
- Bachelor Degree in related field.
- 5-7 years of experience.
- Previous D365 F & SCM application experience.
- Hands on with the ability to work independently.
- 5+ years of direct functional and technical experience in full-lifecycle project implementations.
- Demonstrated leadership on enterprise-level projects.
- Exceptional understanding of Dynamics AX2012 / D365 F&SCM architecture and supporting functional modules.
- Ability to transition between high-level architectural review/design and hands-on implementation.
- Experience in requirements gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, and translating requirements into solution architecture.
- Working knowledge of ISV solutions, would be helpful, but not required.
- Working knowledge of industry-specific best practices.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Ability to travel 25 – 30%, on an as needed basis.
Salary Range: $130k-$170k DOE.
