About the Role:

Fetch is looking for a Senior Brand Strategy Director to lead big thinking at the intersection of brand, culture and commerce. In this highly visible role, you’ll shape how Fetch shows up to both consumers and advertisers, developing upstream strategies, writing briefs that ignite creative and steering narratives that drive real business impact.

As part of our Brand Experience org, you’ll serve as a cross-functional connector and cultural provocateur. You’ll work across product, marketing and GTM teams to shape major campaigns, partner programs and cross-org initiatives. This is a new role built to unify storytelling, elevate execution and ensure Fetch is as strategically sharp as it is creatively resonant. If you’re someone who thinks insight-first, moves fast and thrives at the center of bold, platform-native work, let’s talk.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Lead brand strategy and narrative development for Fetch’s biggest moments, from product launches and partner campaigns to cultural tentpoles.
  • Write clear, compelling briefs that align cross-functional teams, unlock creative thinking and guide execution.
  • Define how Fetch shows up across consumer and advertiser touchpoints, ensuring both cultural resonance and business relevance.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, GTM, Product and Growth teams to maintain narrative cohesion and brand consistency.
  • Champion cultural fluency and trend awareness across the org, bringing insights from entertainment, gaming, lifestyle and beyond.
  • Support the evolution of our brand excavation, tone of voice and campaign frameworks.
  • Elevate strategic storytelling and inspire high-performing creative work across surfaces and teams.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in brand strategy, integrated marketing creative development, or similar roles.
  • A portfolio of work that shows impact across campaigns, platforms and consumer experiences.
  • Strong briefing skills with a proven ability to translate insights into concepts and ideas into action.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, platform trends and how culture moves.
  • Experience working with or within high-growth consumer tech, apps or mission-driven brands.
  • Confidence leading multi-stakeholder conversations with clarity and vision.
  • A builder’s mindset. You see ambiguity as opportunity and love being part of early-stage work.

Compensation:

At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages including base, equity, and benefits to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is 183,000 - 200,000. Discover our benefits and how our employees live rewarded at https://fetch.com/careers.
