Antelope is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to take full ownership of Bocce’s Bakery and lead the brand across strategy, growth and execution. This person will be the day-to-day business leader for Bocce’s, with ownership of the brand and the projects, priorities and initiatives connected to it. From brand strategy and innovation to packaging, launches, marketing programs and performance, the Senior Brand Manager will connect the dots across the business and keep the brand moving forward. This role is ideal for a hands-on CPG brand leader who is equally comfortable setting direction, digging into the numbers and working cross-functionally to bring ideas to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·   Full Brand Ownership - own Bocce’s Bakery end to end, including brand strategy, annual priorities, brand health and all projects and initiatives related to the brand

·   Brand Strategy & Planning - develop and lead the annual brand plan, translating consumer, category and business insights into clear priorities and growth opportunities

·   Business Performance - monitor brand performance across revenue, distribution, velocity, margin, pricing and marketing investment; identify what is working, where there are gaps and what actions are needed

·   Innovation & Portfolio - help shape the innovation pipeline and lead brand-side development from concept through commercialization, including positioning, claims, packaging, pricing and launch plans

·   Marketing & Activation - lead consumer-facing brand programs across packaging, digital, social, content, sampling, retail activation and other channels, ensuring the work is consistent with the Bocce’s brand

·   Consumer & Category Insights - use syndicated data, retailer data, consumer research, competitive activity and category trends to build a clear point of view and inform brand decisions

·   Cross-Functional Leadership - serve as the central brand partner across Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, R&D and Quality, keeping teams aligned on priorities, timelines, decisions and deliverables

·   Sales Partnership - partner with Sales on retailer presentations, line reviews, launches and distribution opportunities, bringing a strong brand and consumer story to customer conversations

·   Budget & Agency Management - manage the brand marketing budget and external agency or creative partners as needed, with a focus on thoughtful investment and measurable impact

·   Execution - stay close to the details and move work forward. In a lean organization, this role will both lead the strategy and roll up their sleeves to get the work done

QUALIFICATIONS:

·   6+ years of brand management or marketing experience within CPG; food, beverage or pet experience strongly preferred

·   Experience owning a brand or meaningful portion of a brand business, with accountability for strategy, execution and performance

·   Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to connect brand decisions to revenue, margin and growth

·   Comfort working with syndicated and retailer data such as Circana, Nielsen or SPINS and turning insights into action

·   Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to move projects forward across teams without relying on a large support structure
