About The RoleThe Senior Brand Designer (Art Direction, Campaigns) role combines concepting, art direction, and hands-on design.
We are looking for someone who can think strategically, concept creatively, and deliver with high craft. This person will be generating campaign ideas, defining visual direction, and executing across multiple touchpoints. They will also own and expand illustration, photography, and motion systems, combining hands-on craft with AI-assisted workflows to build scalable visual libraries.
This fully remote role reports to the Creative Director and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.
What you will do at JasperConcept and Campaign Development: Generate campaignable ideas that scale across channels + Translate strategy into strong creative directions.
Art Direction: Define visual territories and campaign directions + Build references, moodboards, and storytelling approaches.
Hands-On Execution: Design across campaigns, social, web, and events + Maintain high craft and attention to detail.
Digital Execution (Landing Pages & Interactive Experiences): Design and build landing pages, campaign microsites, and interactive web experiences, Translate campaign ideas into high-quality digital executions that go beyond static pages, Concept and execute immersive, award-level digital experiences when appropriate + Use tools like Webflow or similar modern platforms to ship work quickly.
Illustration Systems and Libraries: Create original illustrations when needed, Build and expand scalable illustration libraries + Ensure consistency and evolution of illustration across the brand.
AI-Native Workflows: Use AI tools to accelerate photography, illustration, and creative production + Explore styles, generate variations, and scale outputs efficiently.
Photography and Motion: Concept shoots and video work + Create storyboards and visual narratives.
Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-driven work and high-quality digital execution across brand, product, and marketing.
Proven experience developing and scaling integrated campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
Exceptional design craft with a strong foundation in typography, layout, and visual systems, paired with a clear point of view and high visual standards.
Deep understanding of UX/UI, interaction design, digital storytelling, and end-to-end digital experience design (web, interactive, landing pages).
Ability to design and build within modern platforms (e.g., Webflow) and translate ideas into high-quality digital experiences—not just static outputs.
Concept-first thinker who generates ideas and carries them through to execution without losing clarity or quality.
Strong systems thinking mindset; able to create scalable frameworks, patterns, and cohesive visual systems.
Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous, test-and-learn environments with the ability to operate independently and proactively define direction.
Proven cross-functional collaboration across brand, marketing, and product teams.
Strong judgment in creative decision-making, including when to challenge work, push standards, and apply elements like illustration effectively within a system.
Experience leveraging modern tools, including AI, to enhance creative workflows (concepting, iteration, production) while balancing craft and speed.
Strong storytelling ability across formats (static, motion, and digital).
Proven experience owning or leading website design end-to-end. Your portfolio demonstrates modern, high-quality digital experiences and strong UX thinking.
Deep understanding of AI-native workflows, including AI-assisted coding, automation, and using AI tools to accelerate execution.
Strong communication skills. You can clearly explain your decisions and align stakeholders.
At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range offered for this role is $160,000 - $200,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
