About the company

Our client is a profitable, rapidly scaling voice AI company building intelligent agents for enterprise sales, support, and logistics calls. Its platform is used by thousands of businesses, including major global brands, and the company grew annual recurring revenue from roughly $5M to $80M in one year with a team of about 50 people. The business is backed by leading venture investors and is defining a new category in customer experience software.

The role and why it matters

This is the company's first senior brand design hire. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, the Senior Brand Designer will define the visual language of voice AI and own how the company appears across every customer touchpoint. The work is highly visible, hands-on, and central to turning fast technical innovation into a clear and memorable category brand.

What you'll do

• Own the visual identity across the website, launch campaigns, social media, blog content, sales collateral, events, signage, one-pagers, and merchandise.

• Translate complex voice AI concepts into diagrams, illustrations, and product marketing graphics that customers immediately understand.

• Extend the brand system across typography, color, illustration, templates, and reusable standards.

• Build assets from minimal briefs, move quickly, and maintain high craft across digital, print, and experiential work.

• Partner closely with product, marketing, and executive leaders to keep every public touchpoint consistent and distinctive.

• Create systems that help teams produce on-brand work without design support for every asset.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Three to twelve years of brand or marketing design experience, ideally four to eight years.

• At least 1.5 years of experience at a venture-backed startup.

• Strong brand or marketing design work at a scaling B2B SaaS company or another well-known technology brand.

• A portfolio demonstrating range across web, social, print, events, and campaigns, with excellent typography, layout, color, and composition.

• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• A computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering degree from a top-tier university.

• A hands-on individual contributor mindset, strong ownership, and comfort executing end to end with limited direction.

Bonus points

• Motion design, illustration, 3D, or web implementation skills.

• Experience building a brand system for an early or high-growth company.

• Work that makes complex technical products feel accessible and compelling.

Benefits

Compensation and benefits

• $190K-$240K base salary.

• Significant equity with a four-year vesting schedule and one-year cliff.

• Fully covered medical, dental, and vision insurance.

• Daily meal credit plus wellness and commuter benefits.

• Visa sponsorship and transfers may be available, including H-1B, TN, L-1, E-3, and F-1 OPT or CPT.

Location and work model

This is a full-time remote role for candidates based in the United States or Canada. Bay Area candidates or candidates open to relocating to Redwood City are preferred. The company operates on a demanding six-day schedule, Monday through Friday plus Sunday, with Sunday work generally lighter but still expected.
