Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Senior Benefits Analyst, Financial Wellbeing to join our Total Rewards team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the strategy, performance, and day-to-day oversight of our North American retirement and financial wellbeing programs. You will have the opportunity to leverage deep data analytics and financial acumen to optimize benefits design, driving meaningful financial security for our workforce. By collaborating closely with cross-functional partners and leaders, your work will elevate the employee experience while ensuring operational excellence and compliance.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Strategic Planning & Analytics: Develop strategic roadmaps, market benchmarks, and executive dashboards to evaluate program trends and guide financial wellbeing initiatives.

  • Budget Oversight & Financial Management: Direct weekly, monthly, and quarterly budget workflows for North American retirement plans (401(k), RRSP) and voluntary benefits with precision.

  • Regulatory Compliance & SME Review: Provide expert oversight for plan funding, financial audits, government filings, and escalated appeals to maintain strong governance.

  • Vendor & Process Optimization: Conduct market reviews and analyze vendor performance to drive cost-containment, streamline workflows, and enhance program delivery.

  • Executive & Employee Communications: Create high-impact presentation materials for leadership recommendations and design clear educational content for employees.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in benefits analysis, budget management, or plan administration within North American markets, with a focus on retirement and financial wellbeing.

  • Strong knowledge of North American retirement plan governance, voluntary benefits, regulatory reporting, and financial budget modeling.

  • Advanced proficiency in data analytics and financial modeling using Excel and Google Sheets, as well as Google Slides for executive presentation development.

  • Exceptional collaboration and project management skills to manage complex priorities and effectively communicate across matrixed teams.
