  • Background managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision

  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage up and across teams (internally and with clients)

  • Proactive critical thinking, organization and time management to ask questions, solve problems, and take initiative to work through areas of ambiguity with a solutions-first mindset

  • Experience working across teams, ideally with Account or Client Services, Creative, Engineering, or QA

  • Working knowledge of project management tools, processes, and workflows like Microsoft Project or Planner, Monday.com, Jira, or Ziflow

  • Ability and willingness to travel to in-person client and team meetings, about 10% of the year

Base pay for US is $80,000- $90,000, depending on qualifications. In addition, Phreesia also offers equity as part of an attractive & comprehensive Total Rewards package. Phreesia is a fully remote company; however, candidates located in ET and CT regions are given priority in the hiring process.
