If you enjoy combining strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration, this could be the role for you.
What You'll Do:
Support the alignment of stakeholders and partners in quarterly and campaign-specific budget and media planning, covering strategy development, implementation, and post-campaign/quarterly reconciliation.
Support the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for planned marketing campaigns, including ATL media planning across channels such as DOOH/OOH, radio, trade, and activations.
Collaborate closely with MarComm, Digital Performance, Trade, and Sales teams to develop budget and media strategies that align with business objectives and market opportunities.
Execute approved media plans and GTM initiatives that drive measurable business and marketing outcomes.
Identify and cultivate unique and strategic collaboration opportunities with media owners and agency partners.
Oversee campaign rollouts, monitor performance, capture key learnings, and implement continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Serve as the key point of contact and subject matter expert for budget and media planning across quarterly marketing campaigns (e.g., Astro Pay TV).
REQUIREMENTS:
Who You Are:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Media, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in media planning, media buying, marketing budget management, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance, interpret data, and generate actionable insights from post-campaign analyses.
Highly detail-oriented with a passion for working with numbers, identifying trends, and driving data-informed decisions.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of ATL media channels, including OOH/DOOH, radio, trade marketing, and activations.
Experience in media buying, media planning, budget governance, process management, or GTM budget planning will be an added advantage.
Passion for the media, entertainment, music, lifestyle, or content industry is a plus.
