Job Description:
As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role on a collaborative, cross‑functional team where YOU transform raw data into clear insights and actionable recommendations that drive impact for clients. In this role, YOU bring curiosity, analytical thinking, and a passion for using data to solve real business challenges. Whether you enjoy tidying data, visualizing trends, interpreting patterns, or exploring statistics, YOU will have opportunities to do work that informs meaningful decisions.
What YOU Will Bring- A bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
- 1–2 years of experience in a quantitative business environment, or a completed graduate degree
- Experience working with media data or media platforms (such as Meta Ads Manager, Campaign Manager/DCM, SA360, or similar)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Datorama)
- Experience in SQL, Python, or R is a plus
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across functions and time zones
- Determine data sources and information needs, and document new data requirements to guide data engineering teams
- Access, compile, and organize large volumes of media, custom, and syndicated data from multiple sources
- Ensure data accuracy by performing quality checks and resolving discrepancies
- Collaborate with diverse team members—often across multiple time zones—to meet deliverables
- Apply your understanding of ETL processes and your ability to query databases
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Interpret data, analyze results, and generate insights that guide client actions
- Produce visualizations (charts, graphs) and build presentations that summarize trends in a compelling, easy‑to‑understand way
- Conduct deeper analysis to answer specific client questions
- Deliver error‑free, timely work that communicates findings with clarity
- Handle small ad hoc data pulls independently and support larger data requests
- Create efficiencies by developing automation, whether through scripts, macros, or workflow models

The annual salary range for this position is $68,000 - $88,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
