We are looking for a self-motivated go-getter (and a quick learner!) to join our fast-growing content and creative team as a Senior Associate, eCommerce Content & Creative. Partner with clients to help unlock their brand’s full creative potential on Amazon and other marketplaces through copywriting and design initiatives. You’ll feel comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities at once, have strong time management and communication skills, and possess a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics particularly when it comes to design (infographics, brand stores, social media, etc.). You’ll partner with other team members to bring content and creative projects to life while gathering and addressing direct client feedback along the way. The ability to think creatively and outside the lines is always encouraged.
What You'll Do:
- Become an expert on all marketplace content and creative offerings including tools, internal processes, and best practices
- Develop content strategies for marketplace platforms with manager guidance and oversight
- Stay current with marketplace best practices and algorithm updates
- Create compelling copy for product listings, including keyword research, titles, and bullet points while ensuring brand alignment and conversion optimization
- Collaborate weekly with design team by creating detailed briefs and coordinating asset development
- Support senior team members in client communications and relationship management, participating in client meetings and presentations
- Contribute to performance analysis and strategic recommendations with manager support
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to inform content strategies
- Track and analyze content performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Manage content project timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards with manager support
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and maintain organized project tracking systems
- Support team knowledge-sharing and contribute to internal process improvements
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, English, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of professional experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or related field
- Experience contributing to content and creative projects with minimal oversight
- Advanced copywriting skills with demonstrated ability to create compelling, conversion-focused content
- Strong SEO and keyword optimization experience across multiple platforms
- Briefing and coordination of designers and other specialists and partners to deliver on their specific tasks
- Working knowledge of Amazon marketplace dynamics and optimization strategies preferred
- Proven team player having built strong relationships with global teams, clients, and partners
- Experience communicating with and supporting internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft suite of products (esp. Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical capabilities with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Preference for candidates located on the West Coast
