Senior Associate, Coaching and Training Services
  
The Sr. Associate, Coaching and Training Services will be responsible for providing direct support and strategic coaching recommendations to athenaOne clients enabling them to achieve optimal adoption and maximum value from our services. The Associate will partner with athena Customer Success Managers and client leadership to deliver Administrative Coaching engagements that improve client performance on strategic metrics. 

Associates in this role will need a deep understanding of revenue cycle or patient enagagement expertise. You will act as subject matter experts to clients and internal teams by maintaining a high level of athena content knowledge in addition to an understanding of the healthcare industry.  Associates in this role will provide support to various teaching and training initiatives and provide process and engagement support for internal projects as needed.  
   
You are an outcome-oriented person that will learn to execute effectively on products to deliver work on time and in scope. You gain the support of others by connecting ideas and offering recommendations. You focus on important information without getting bogged down in unnecessary details. 
   
The Team: Our Coaching and Training Services team is focused on building expert teachers and client coaches who provide an impactful and engaging customer learning experience demonstrated through high client satisfaction and measurable results. We are passionate about evolving our client’s experience. 
   
Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Administrative Coaching engagements while maintaining a high level of customer service and client satisfaction 

  • Assess client performance and adoption through analysis of practice performance metrics  

  • Use coaching methodologies to support client administrative leaders through the implementation of process improvements  

  • Develop innovative solutions to issues that arise during the Administrative Coaching process 

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and/or quantitative data to diagnose root causes of client issues 

  • Consolidate learnings into actionable items and recommendations to enhance prevention of client issues 

  • Monitor and communicate client progress against performance goals  

  • Manage multiple, simultaneous client engagements, ensuring expectations and deliverables are documented and met, key stakeholders are informed and client satisfaction is achieved 

  • Establish strong relationships with clients and key decision makers 

  • Support Coaching and Training Services Managers with team projects and initiatives 

  • Proven Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on athenaOne, and as an SME, serve as a resource to others in the organization  

Typical Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree or equivalent professional experience

  • A minimum of 1 to 2 progressive years in a similar healthcare environment (health care, physician practice management, technology, teaching, training, client services, project management) preferred 

  • Healthcare practice operations or clinical experience a plus; 

  • Experience working with cross-functional groups and teams to achieve common goals 

  • Effective time management, logical problem solving and analytical skills with a demonstrated attention to detail are required 

  • Candidates should have a strong interest in clinical and practice management workflows, EMR/EHR software and/or physician practice management applications
