Broadridge is Growing! We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect, Solution Engineer & Sales Enablement to join our team. As a Senior Architect, Solution Engineering & Sales Enablement, you will play a critical part in shaping our presales strategy and ensuring our technical solutions align with customer needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Work-Mode: This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.
Key Job Functions/Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements, conduct needs assessments, and develop tailored technical solutions that address business challenges
Solution Design: Design and architect innovative solutions that leverage our technology stack, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
Technical Demonstrations: Building proof-of-concepts to showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions to potential customers
Proposal Development: Create detailed technical proposals and presentations, articulating the benefits and differentiators of our solutions to prospective clients
Collaboration: Partner with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to stay updated on product features, enhancements, and industry trends. Provide feedback to influence product roadmaps and implementation strategies
Training and Enablement: Provide technical training and support to sales teams, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively communicate the technical value of our solutions
Customer Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong relationships and providing ongoing technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
Experience:
8+ years of experience in a pre-sale, solution engineering, or technical consulting role within a technology company
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in cloud computing, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, microservices, APIs, and modern software development practices. Experience with financial services technology platforms is highly desirable
Skills:
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing creative and effective solutions to meet customer needs
Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer-centric approaches and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
