This position reports to the Head of Application Science and is part of the Product Management team and will be an on-site role in Loveland, CO; Indianapolis, IN or Miami, FL.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support application development and launch Including Experiments design based on user workflows—internally and with external collaborators in academia and industry.

• Enable customer & field associates worflows with product workshops, training, as well as demo concepts tailored to different customer need

• Lead application and product communication internally and externally as a subject matter expert

• Manage the applications lab and ensure equipment is maintained and ready for testing and demos adhering to company policies and procedures.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Extensive experience in high-complexity flow cytometry assay development and data analysis. Experience with Spectral flow cytometry. Experience with imaging flow cytometry is a bonus.

• Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

• Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and commercial teams.

• Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities.

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles or collaborations is a plus.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel up to 40%, including customer, cross-functional team meetings, and international travel.

• No additional physical lifting or environmental requirements anticipated.

The annual salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $120,000-$160,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
