Summary:
In this role, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert supporting Children’s Hospital Association. You will work with multiple internal stakeholders and across business lines, utilize a variety of data sources, and take ownership of projects and processes. You will identify issues, create solutions, and present recommendations to management and/or external stakeholders. You will provide guidance, provide training, and create documentation.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of analytical tools, reports, and dashboards, ensuring insights are actionable and aligned with organizational priorities.
Build and maintain scalable analytical solutions to support financial, operational, and clinical initiatives.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical requirements and deliver insights that drive decision-making.
Proactively identify data quality issues and lead remediation efforts to ensure accuracy and trust in reporting.
Own initiative reporting, drive continuous improvement, and recommend enhancements that align with organizational growth goals.
Communicate savings initiatives and program value clearly to senior leadership, clients, and other stakeholders.
Mentor junior or peer analysts by providing technical guidance, peer reviews, and coaching.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
5 or more years relevant work experience required.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
Advanced knowledge of Power BI required.
Advanced knowledge of SQL required.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical data, contracts, and group purchasing organizations strongly preferred.
Understanding of pharmaceutical supplier and vendor relationships preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with minimal direction.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
