In today’s dynamically changing world, DEFCON AI’s technology aligns outcomes with operational goals, better decision making, and empowers customers to anticipate assess, and mitigate the impacts of disruptions.

Requirements

  • Secret Clearance
  • Experience formulating and solving optimization problems
  • MS or PhD in mathematics, operations research, physics, computer science, industrial engineering or related field.
  • Programming experience in Python and/or R, version control (Git), and database (SQL, MySQL) and common data science libraries (e.g. Pandas, Numpy) 
  • Knowledge and experience with statistics and data science 
  • At least 5 years of experience using analysis to solve complex problems 
  • Wiling to relocate to (or already reside in) Omaha, NE

Bonus Points

  • Practical experience applying AI/ML techniques
  • Basic data engineering skills (data cleaning, building ETL pipelines, and/or database administration)
  • Cloud-based development (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc) and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • TS/SCI Clearance

Salary Range: $160,000-250,000
