THE ROLE 

Zeta Global is seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Senior Analyst to join our ZX Data Science & Analytics team. If you excel at data storytelling and pride yourself on being a trusted analytics partner to clients, driving optimal outcomes, we want you on our team. You should have a good foundation in marketing measurement, advanced analytics, optimizations, A/B & multivariate testing, as well as a good understanding of machine learning models and other complex data analysis techniques. This position will report to the Manager/Director of Analytics. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Serve as a trusted analytics partner to Zeta’s clients, focusing on improving their ROI and market share. 
  • Utilize data and insights to drive campaign measurement, prescriptive optimizations, and develop a path to consistent performance that exceeds client expectations. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Account Management, Operations) to establish repeatable frameworks for actionable insights. 
  • Monitor trends in customer behavior, segment performance, and market dynamics to identify opportunities. 
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Assist in the development and deployment of state-of-the-art predictive and self-adjusting ML models to significantly enhance campaign performance. 

REQUIREMENTS  

  • Client-facing experience and excellent communication/presentation skills are essential, as the effectiveness of analysis findings hinges on your ability to present them in a clear and organized manner. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving and organizational skills. 
  • Strong technical expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and Python is necessary. 
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms and data environments. 
  • Proven ability to implement statistical analysis and/or predictive modeling techniques, with the capability to effectively translate technical analyses for a business audience. 
  • BS in MIS, Analytics / Operations Research / Statistics, or similar quantitative disciplines with 6+ years of experience, or MS degree in these disciplines with 2+ years of experience. 

 

This is a remote role based out of the United States.

COMPENSATION RANGE 

The compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000 depending on location and experience.
