About the Team:

The Revenue Operations team at AlphaSense drives productivity and improves efficiency for our account executives, account managers and sales development reps. We create and implement operational reporting & analytics, improve processes, and enable strategic initiatives that impact the revenue organization.  At our core, we are a dynamic team of highly driven self-starters who are passionate about operations and thrive in a fast paced, challenging environment.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Sr. Analyst within the Revenue Operations team to own and optimize our reporting and analytics function, delivering key insights to stakeholders, streamlining processes and creating actionable data-driven insights throughout the revenue organization. In this role, your responsibilities would include data analysis, reporting, sales process optimization and providing recommendations to the business on where to focus and drive impact.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience working on a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Business Operations team in a highly strategic, analytical role within a high-growth company
  • Proven to build high-trust relationships with a wide range of people across all levels of the organization
  • Possess a bias toward action, strong work ethic, and have experience driving operational outcomes under tight timelines, and a history of being scrappy
  • Have a penchant for digging deeply into the data, thinking from first principles, and iterating quickly to deliver results
  • Excellent in analyzing large data sets and using insights to build a story and provide data-driven insights for senior management
  • Highly operational, ready to shift between strategic, cross-functional projects, add efficiencies and improve processes
  • Self-starter, who thrives in ambiguity, taking on challenging problems, breaking them down in a structured way and driving them to successful outcomes 
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to think strategically, act tactfully, and write effectively
  • Operations rockstar who has a passion for proactively driving productivity, improving processes, and identifying innovative ways to solve problems
  • Excited about working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt well to change
  • Expert in SaaS metrics and signals used to drive growth and efficiency in a sales organization
  • Masterful in Excel/GSheets and Salesforce CRM
  • Experienced in BI tools such as Tableau, Clari

Nice to Haves:

  • Investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or hedge fund experience
  • Experience in product or project management, taking projects from conception to launch
  • SQL or Python experience and the ability to manipulate data within a database, or willingness and aptitude to learn

What You’ll Do:

  • Be a trusted partner and advisor to the sales team and cross-functional business partners
  • Develop presentations that analyze and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for sales leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Tackle ambiguous, open-ended questions around our go-to-market motion, iterate and implement solutions that deliver measurable results
  • Partner with our Business Intelligence and Reporting teams to implement and manage reports, dashboards and analytics 
  • Track and analyze key metrics ensuring timeliness, completeness and accuracy of reporting across all areas of the revenue organization, from lead to bookings
  • Incubate, scope, and execute on new initiatives around sales productivity, business performance, forecasting and enablement
  • Implement and manage improvements to Salesforce CRM and other key rev org tools ensuring sales reps and leaders have access to key data required to successfully manage the business
  • Develop operational processes and add efficiencies to drive analytics adoption from leadership and individual contributors, delivering actionable insights at scale

For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all US-based roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below.

You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.

Base Compensation Range

$95,000$116,000 USD
