Ready to be a Titan? 

ServiceTitan is seeking an experienced analyst to join the People Insights & Analytics team as we build the first end-to-end solution to transform the trades. The Senior People Analyst will leverage workforce data from our core HCM and other systems to provide insights across the full employee lifecycle. This role is crucial for forming cross-functional partnerships across PeopleOps, using people data to generate effective business intelligence, and telling compelling stories that drive actionable insights for better people and business outcomes across ServiceTitan.

What you'll do:

  • Cultivate strong partnerships across the PeopleOps team and organization to understand people needs.

  • Analyze, scope, and define business requirements to provide meaningful, strategic data insights that drive actionable results. People subjects include, but are not limited to: Recruiting, Employee Experience, Performance, Retention, DE&I, and Talent Management.

  • Own and lead projects to design, build, and maintain business intelligence for stakeholders, leveraging available tools. 

  • Implement self-service dashboards that facilitate engaging data visualizations across the employee lifecycle and contribute to enablement materials to improve adoption across the enterprise.

  • Proactively identify new opportunities to leverage workforce data and analytics technologies to deliver better people and business outcomes.

  • As a data and analytics subject matter expert, assist in developing and strengthening this capability across all PeopleOps functions.

  • Present complex data findings and insights clearly and confidently to diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, fostering trust and guiding data-driven decisions.

What you'll bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in a quantitative or analytics role, building data visualizations, business intelligence solutions, and generating actionable insights, preferably in a People/HR team.

  • 3+ years of experience using BI/Analytics/Statistical modeling tools such as Visier, OneModel, Workday Prism, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.

  • Advanced visualization skills with the ability to tell a compelling story with data.

  • Progressive experience with implementing self-service dashboards and driving user adoption

  • Understanding of research methods and statistical analysis (e.g. hypothesis testing, experimental design, logistic regression). 

  • Experience managing projects from end to end with the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.

  • Strong business acumen, exceptional problem-solving skills, and proven stakeholder management experience.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and presentation), with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of an organization and build strong relationships.

  • Self-starter with a high level of discretion with highly sensitive/confidential data.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g. Business Analytics, Statistics, I/O Psychology) or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field.

  • Working knowledge of Workday HCM.

  • Proficiency with SQL, Python (or R), and ETL pipelines.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $103,400 USD - $138,400 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
