What You'll Bring:

This role will act as a Senior Analyst and Data Consultant for the Commercialization & Optimization teams and will be responsible for supporting data analysis and prototyping of Business Intelligence solutions. This role will partner and collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and MarTech (Marketing Technology). The Senior Analyst will have the opportunity to lead projects and activities related to Marketing channel reporting, lead scoring & attribution analyses, CRM journey analysis and the prototyping of new features & enhancements to our current suite of Business Intelligence and Insights tools.

We are looking seeking a Senior Analyst, who can help drive business insights across our B2B Sales and Marketing organization at TransUnion. 

  • Bachelor's Degree required, with a demonstration of continuous education and interest in data management or analytical skills strongly preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst / Business Analyst with B2B Sales and Marketing, Salesforce.com, CRM Analytics and, Marketing analytics
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PivotTables, and a basic understanding of Data Modeling
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, and an understanding Business Intelligence reporting
  • Produces high-quality work on time in fast-paced settings, with strong attention to detail.
  • Works independently, shows initiative, and makes informed assumptions when requirements are unclear.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Collaborate with team members across Marketing Technology, BI Reporting and Commercial Optimization teams.
  • Familiarity using SQL, Python or R is preferred.  
  • Familiarity with Marketing channels, MarTech platforms, measurement, business analytics and statistical methods is strongly preferred.
  • Perform data analysis and identify insights relevant to Marketing and Sales business operations, as well as identify technical issues and data gaps.
  • Gain and sustain knowledge of industry trends, B2B business processes, and TransUnion’s B2B solutions and verticals to proactively pinpoint business opportunities, conduct relevant analyses, and meet the analytical requirements of internal stakeholders.
  • Help to identify gaps in data coverage and improvements to existing data models and data workflows.
  • Prepare, manage, and deliver analyses, reports or dashboards for business decision making.
  • Provide data reporting expertise, support, and insight to Management, peers and internal business customers.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $62,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
