Description:This position is expected to support strategic and financial performance through strategic Decision Support, Medical Group Financial Planning, Strategic Initiative Tracking and Variance analysis, and systems maintenance support.

This position is expected to support strategic and financial performance through the following:

Strategic Capital Decision Support- Creation and Development of Strategic Capital pro-formas to advise System Leadership on the financial impact of business development decisions. Will also develop decision support tools for smaller capital purchases.

Medical Group Financial Planning- Development of Medical Group specific budgets and volume planning.

Strategic Initiative Tracking and Variance Analysis- Will develop tracking, variance, and accountability tools for leadership initiatives.

Systems Maintenance- Will support in maintaining and improving SQL data systems.
