Position Summary
The position is an entry level Business Analyst role with heavy focus on program and project work. It includes supporting business programs and learning technical and functional requirements management through the project life cycle, from impact analysis through implementation. The individual will assist our project teams in multiple business and technical areas within our Senior Supplemental Insurance division.

  • Serves as a project team member and contributes to activities such as: analysis, planning, design, development, testing, installation and maintenance of support systems and workflows for business areas.

  • Supports implementation and delivery of vendor/customer products.

  • Assists with data analysis to identify trends and translate data into meaningful information.

  • Assists with analysis of business implications and applies problem solving skills to meet business needs.

  • Creatively translates information using business knowledge and identifies additional information needed to support analytical objectives.

  • Interacts with internal/external customers to define/develop solutions.

  • Assists in training customers on use of data and applications.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of Project Team Collaboration.

  • 1-3 years of systems life cycle support activities - including requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, development, training.

  • 1-3 years of SQL experience.

  • SAFe/Agile development lifecycle experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in Medical Insurance /Healthcare background.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
