Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive agile technical deliverables by coordinating with key stakeholders, technical teams, and aligning on roadmap strategy.
  • Lead program scoping and intake processes to define, prioritize, and manage product features and delivery timelines.
  • Oversee project schedules, tracking dependencies and mitigating risks to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Facilitate change management and continuously improve execution processes across initiatives.
  • Communicate initiative progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Actively manage product value, usability, feasibility, and business risk throughout the lifecycle.

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • BA/BS in a technical discipline (information systems, engineering, or computer science)
  • 5 years of Program or Project Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira for managing project delivery.
  • Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills across distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance current delivery with future planning amid shifting priorities.
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • High initiative, intellectual curiosity, and ownership mindset in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Telecommunications experience preferred; ability to anticipate and meet stakeholder needs.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
