- Drive agile technical deliverables by coordinating with key stakeholders, technical teams, and aligning on roadmap strategy.
- Lead program scoping and intake processes to define, prioritize, and manage product features and delivery timelines.
- Oversee project schedules, tracking dependencies and mitigating risks to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Facilitate change management and continuously improve execution processes across initiatives.
- Communicate initiative progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Actively manage product value, usability, feasibility, and business risk throughout the lifecycle.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS in a technical discipline (information systems, engineering, or computer science)
- 5 years of Program or Project Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira for managing project delivery.
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills across distributed teams.
- Demonstrated ability to balance current delivery with future planning amid shifting priorities.
- Effective cross-functional collaborator with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High initiative, intellectual curiosity, and ownership mindset in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Telecommunications experience preferred; ability to anticipate and meet stakeholder needs.
