Join Aprio's Client Accounting Services team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Senior Accounting Associate to join their dynamic team.
The Senior Associate acts as the primary point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis and is responsible for ensuring that all deliverables outlined in the MSA’s are met. Client Leads are highly client facing, pro-active and spend the majority of their time focused on client interaction to provide a hands-on white glove level of service to the clients we serve.
Position responsibilities:
- Acts as primary point of contact for clients
- Completes review of draft financials provided by Philippine team and provides review notes back to the team
- Ensures timely completion of client deliverables outlined in MSA’s to include sending monthly financial reporting packs to clients
- Ensures sound awareness of the client deliverables and manages scope creep
- Highly client facing – prioritizes client contact over emails
- Focuses on providing pro-active advice and notifications to clients throughout the month
- Demonstrates understanding of Aprio services so that organic growth opportunities for services are identified
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of accounting
- Industry specific experience 4+ years
- Delivers month end financials and advisory work to clients based
- Experience with e-commerce specific software and platforms such as A2X, Shopify, Amazon, etc.
- Expertise in inventory management and accounting
- Knowledge of payment processor reconciliations
- Proficient in knowledge of US GAAP
