  • Translate strategic priorities into clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables across internal workstreams
  • Ensure advertising, catalog, and operational initiatives are implemented accurately and on schedule
  • Lead execution for high-stakes planning moments such as Prime Day, Q4, launches, restructures, and turnarounds
  • Identify execution risks, performance gaps, or operational issues and proactively resolve or escalate with recommendations
  • Manage client expectations, priorities, and pacing to support retention and sustained growth
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely delivery across workstreams
  • Lead strategic planning sessions and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients
  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement or growth for brands generating $500k+/month in sales
  • Proactively communicate solutions and recommendations for brands managing $50k+/month or more in ad spend
  • Oversee billing processes and ensure accurate invoicing
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central
  • Proficiency in tools such as Amazon Ads Console, Seller Central, Vendor Central, Amazon DSP and AMC.
  • Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on work (e.g., ad campaign builds, listing reviews)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
  • Proven success managing accounts with $10M+ in annual Amazon revenue
  • Ability to lead client conversations and build strong relationships

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary: $90,000-$110,000 + variable compensation
  • Flexible vacation policy – take the time you need to recharge
  • Comprehensive health, vision & dental insurance
  • 401k with company contribution
  • Commuter benefits
  • Opportunity for career progression with plenty of room for personal growth
