This Sr Account Executive will be responsible for driving net new sales and revenue from a customer portfolio of North American financial institutions from our top-tier Global Industries Strategic Accounts portfolio. The Sr AE is responsible for increasing our footprint and meeting quota attainment by selling solutions through direct prospecting, networking and executing on marketing initiatives working in collaboration with a team that includes a Managing Director who holds global accountability for the accounts and Global Account Manager(s).
Key Responsibilities
Own business development within 5–6 major financial institutions
Prospect into new contacts and divisions, securing meetings with senior decision-makers
Work cross-functionally with internal SMEs to craft customized solutions
Develop and deliver compelling value propositions and proposals
Manage RFPs, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations
Align with Managing Director and Global Account Manager on long-term account planning
Travel as needed for client meetings across the U.S. and Canada
Key Qualifications and Competencies
5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, ideally in digital, cloud, or transformation solutions
Proven success selling into financial services or insurance clients
Track record of closing complex sales with 3–12 month cycles
Skilled at value-based selling, with strong presentation and negotiation skills
Comfortable reaching out daily to VP and C-level contacts
Ability to travel domestically ~40%
