POSITION OVERVIEW:

At Cater2.me, we would be nothing without our successful sales team. We’re seeking a qualified Senior Account Executive to help us sell the products and services that our customers have grown to rely on. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing post-sale relationships within the corporate catering market. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base and establishing long-lasting customer relationships. Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and attending trade shows, it’s essential that our Account Executive be personable and professional.

This is a remote role for candidates who reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

  • Prospect and identify potential clients through research, cold calls, utilizing modern sales engagement tools/strategies, and networking.
  • Responsible for overseeing day-to-day processes in all aspects of clients' sales cycle while ensuring compliance with internal standards and requirements.
  • Attend required training sessions, courses, etc. to develop and maintain up-to-date skills and product knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis and product demonstrations to prospects.
  • Create customized sales proposals and presentations to address client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure a smooth transition to the post-sale phase.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to the team's success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Promptly and accurately respond to client inquiries and internal team requests.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Identify and prospect potential corporate clients within our Ideal Client Profile, which includes various industries of companies headquartered in the US.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience as an Account Executive (subsequent experience in Catering, Hotel, and hospitality will also be considered).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in the use of personal computers, CRM software, sales enablement tools, and Google Suite
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail throughout all levels of communication and work.
  • Ability to establish work priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to use initiative and good judgment in accomplishing tasks with minimal errors
  • Must possess critical thinking skills.
  • Establish and maintain effective work relationships and function in a team environment.
  • Ability to lead client and market discussions.
  • Good listening skills.

Base Salary: $80,000 

OTE: $120,000
