Responsibilities
- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan with accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management.
- Build trusted executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CDOs, and senior security decision-makers.
- Position NewCore's converged identity platform by communicating its architectural differentiation, including Secure Split Key architecture, agentic identity governance, phishing-resistant authentication, and seamless migration.
- Partner closely with Solutions Engineering to deliver technical evaluations and proof-of-value engagements.
- Collaborate with Alliances and Marketing to generate partner-driven opportunities and expand pipeline.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high forecasting accuracy.
- 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience within cybersecurity, identity, cloud security, or data security.
- Proven success managing complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through contract signature.
- Experience selling to executive stakeholders, including CISOs and senior IT leadership.
- Strong consultative and value-based selling skills with the ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
- Highly self-motivated with an ownership mentality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 40–50% as required.
