The Senior Account Executive- Named Accounts is responsible for driving the commercial strategy of a list of Named Accounts, and growing the customer base by winning new business/logos. Aligning with the business’ commercial strategy, they will execute effectively to ensure sales targets and objectives are consistently achieved.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Own and hit/exceed quarterly and annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Manage the sales process from pitching & presenting through to proposal, negotiation and close
- Document sales activities and customer needs with good CRM management
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Team player within the business to get the best of all supporting functions and delivery teams
- Maintain knowledge and expertise of the eCommerce landscape and partner technologies
- Engage jointly with Partners in Sales Opportunities
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- University degree/college diploma or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of full cycle, consultative sales experience in retail SaaS, particularly at enterprise level
- Knowledge of eCommerce tech with strong relationships across the partner network
- Understanding of Large Enterprise companies’ decision making with a strong ability to influence across the board with excellent written, verbal, presentation and relationship skills
- Adept at working with internal SDR, Partner & Marketing teams to maintain x3 pipeline coverage
- Results-driven with proven ability to consistently achieve quotas and objectives whilst always demonstrating customer focus with a positive, professional attitude
- Highly motivated to win with a strong attention to detail and analytic mindset
- Fluent English language skills
