Lead daily installation, repairs, and/or removal of secondary containment liners.
Essential Duties:
· Takes ownership of the safety and performance of the crew from shop-to-shop
· Ensures quality builds – duck ponds and on-site fabrication
· Properly prepares the crew for inclement weather and winter operations
· Operates and troubleshoots field equipment
· Identifies talent and develops more Supervisors
· Leads, on-site, critical operations
· Ensure equipment is operated safely and cared for, i.e., Leister Wedge, Uniroof, Triac ST Welders
· Ensure trailers are loaded and transported in compliance with DOT regulations
· Ensure company vehicles are operated safely and are cared for
· Provides team members with clear expectations and holds them accountable
· Identify talent or underperformance and communicate to operations management
· Effectively communicates asset repair, maintenance and performance issues
· Ensure team members clock in and out daily, accurately
· Supervise containment operations per Shalestone expectations and standard operating procedures
· Support projects locally and in outlying basins (travel required unless negotiated otherwise)
· Completes required forms in KPA and Samsara
· Prepares and plans for each shift and the needs of these shifts
· Conducts other duties and tasks assigned
Non-Negotiables:
· Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
· Valid driver's license and meets requirements to be insurable in company vehicle
· Willing to travel
· Proven experience supervising or managing a crew / multiple crews
· Provide multiple references from previous or current supervisors / managers
