Job Title / Designation: Associate Instructional Designer

Job Description 

We’re looking for a sharp, self-motivated Associate Instructional Designer who can work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review, refine, and enhance learning content. 


Specific Skill Set:

  • Review and edit academic content for clarity, flow, and instructional value
  • Collaborate with SMEs to align content with learning objectives
  • Design engaging PowerPoint presentations for instructor-led sessions
  • Ensure instructional integrity using models like ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Gagné’s 9 Events, etc.
  • Manage multiple documents across stages of development
  • Provide feedback and support to content creators and editors
  • Participate in academic and organizational meetings, when required


Additional skill set: 

  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Working knowledge of MS Office & Google Workspace
  • Strong editing, structuring, and visual design sensibilities
  • Familiarity with plagiarism check tools and online editing platforms
  • Bonus: Knowledge of LMS, assessment design, or course authoring tools

 

Minimum/ Work Experience Required: Fresher or more than 1 year of relevant experience.

Previous editing/academic experience would be preferable.

Minimum Education Requirements: Graduate in any discipline

Annual CTC: Not a Constraint for right person

Location(s) of Job: Work from anywhere
