The team

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Scrum Master to join our dynamic team that’s building the next-generation user interface for managing Hitachi Vantara’s cutting-edge storage and AI products. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a highly collaborative Agile environment, supporting a talented group of developers as they leverage modern backend technologies to deliver impactful, user-focused solutions.

 The role

As a Scrum Master, you will:

  • Direct project activities to meet organizational goals, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Gather, manage, and align stakeholder requirements and expectations.
  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and manage Jira boards for development projects.
  • Collaborate with developers and engineers to translate customer needs into system requirements.
  • Apply Agile principles to manage sprints and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, schedules, and forecasts.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet project milestones and deadlines.
  • Conduct application demos as needed.


What you’ll bring

  • A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience; six (6) years relevant experience with Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees
  • Knowledge/experience in managing projects through the entire development system life cycle
  • Experience being a Scrum Master for development projects
  • Experience using Jira software
  • Familiarity with Lean, Agile and DevOps models
