We are looking for a certified and experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and ensure successful delivery of high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing all Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and supporting cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. You will work closely with Product Owners, Business SMEs, and Program teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Manage the scope and execution of each sprint, ensuring alignment with sprint goals and plans
  • Partner with Product Owners and Business SMEs to maintain a clear, prioritized, and actionable product backlog
  • Ensure development teams have a full understanding of stories and features prior to sprint execution
  • Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and program teams by participating in Scrum-of-Scrums to manage cross-team dependencies
  • Proactively identify and remove impediments to ensure teams can meet sprint commitments
  • Escalate blockers to the appropriate stakeholders when necessary to maintain momentum
  • Drive Agile process adherence and standardization, partnering with Program Managers and the Agile Transformation Office
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment through coaching and continuous feedback
  • Promote and apply Agile best practices, including familiarity with Kanban, XP, BDD, and TDD methodologies
Requirements
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) or equivalent certification
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment
  • Working knowledge of additional Agile methodologies such as Kanban, XP, etc.
  • Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) approaches
  • Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills
  • Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Rally, etc.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity
