The Scrum Master position will support Public Consulting Group's Corporate Technology departments. We are looking for an individual who is interested in the operational and organizational management of work and the support of teams who execute this work.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensures that development teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices, mentors and motivates the teams to improve processes, facilitates meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminates team impediments.
  • Helps product team apply the scrum framework.
  • Plans deliverables and helping teams monitor performance.
  • Assists in resolving issues that hinder the teams’ work / removing impediments.
  • Leads the scrum team using Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
  • Helps the team in achieving higher levels of scrum maturity.
  • Supports product owner and provide education where needed.
  • Determines and manages tasks, issues, risks and action items.

This position is remote with travel/onsite requirements. PCG is a remote-friendly organization and is committed to creating a culture where remote work remains a vital part of the company’s success. To be successful in a remote work role at PCG, you must:

Some travel to the office or elsewhere may be required for team meetings, client meetings, etc. We are accepting applications on an ongoing basis until filled. 

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.  As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $75,000-$90,000.
